BOUNCE FIT classes offer a structured exercise regime of 60 minutes that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping. These are high intensity low-impact cardio workouts that blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.

The opposite of a gruelling ordeal, our classes are all about high spirits and awesome soundtracks. Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and is great FUN!  Just don’t forget your towel, water and trainers. Limited capacity in each class.

The classes offer a structured exercise regime of one-hour (including warm up & down) that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping. It is a high intensity low-impact cardio workout that burns calories at an extreme rate, blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate. The classes are all about fun, high spirits and awesome soundtracks.

Can I just turn up and join in?

Classes have limited capacity so bookings must be made in advance.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothing with some stretch (long leggings best). You’re going to get sweaty so bring a towel and a bottle of water!  Please bring your training shoes, we find they work best for BOUNCE FIT!

Do I need to be experienced on trampolines?

Absolutely not. Your BOUNCE FIT instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.

What if I don’t normally exercise?

Physical exercise is super fun, but may increase the chance of injury. If you don’t regularly participate in an active exercise program, we recommend you get a physical from your GP before you BOUNCE, to ensure you are ready for action.
