- • Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 children.
- Increasing number of guests is subject to availability, we recommend booking your maximum expected number.
- Bookings must be made a minimum of 4 days in advance of the party date.
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- Final numbers and final payment must be confirmed 4 days prior to your birthday party date.
- If you have guests with allergies please let us know when making your confirmation.

How much is a birthday party?
We have different packages and options so that you can tailor your party to make it even MORE Epic!
What age range are your parties for?
Our BOUNCE venues are perfect for thrill seekers ages 7 and up. For our little jumpers that are from walking age to 6, we recommend our miniBOUNCE venues.
How long does the party last?
Parties typically run for 2 hours – that’s the ENERGIZER – 15 minutes of Meet and Greet, 60 minutes of ACTION – adventuring and games, followed by 45 minutes of CELEBRATION in the party room for food, songs, and celebrations. Our GOAT package features an extra 60 minutes of jump time for a total of 2 hours! The Whole time a BOUNCE Birthday Host will guide and take care of your every need!
Do you offer themed parties?
Every BOUNCE party comes with its own high-energy freestyle vibe! You are also free to bring your own decorations in case you’re looking for something a little bit different!
Is there a minimum number of guests?
We’ve got a minimum of 10 children, but you can invite more if you’d like!
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and make it the star of the party room. Or we can get one for you, just let us know when you book.
Is food included for the kids?
Yup – we’ve got crowd-pleasers like pizza, chicken tenders, and juice. Got dietary needs? Let us know when booking. We’ve got different packages and options for all your needs. Just please, no outside food.
Can I stay and watch?
Absolutely – we love having parents in the venue. Sit back, relax, and watch your kids have the time of their lives. You can always relax at our amazing BOUNCE Cafe. Hint – our OG and GOAT packages include discounts on F&B.
Do you provide goodie bags, or can we bring our own?
Our OG and GOAT packages include goodie bags. The GOAT Package goodie bag is awesome! Want to bring your own? That’s totally cool too.
